The ANZ Business Centre, purchased in 2011, signalled a new growth strategy for Smales Farm as the brand went 'virtual' – expanding beyond the geographical footprint of the Smales Farm Technology Office Park site.

Located at the south-western end of The Albany Mega Centre on a gateway site close to State Highway 17 and the Albany station of the Northern Busway, the six-storey ANZ Business Centre offers tenants a high level of exposure. The site, accessible from both Mercari Way and Corinthian Drive, benefits from the large volume of passing traffic and a well-established residential, university and office catchment. The Westfield Albany Shopping Centre is nearby.

Completed in 2006, the ANZ Business Centre spans six levels, with retail businesses on the ground floor, office space on the upper three levels, as well as a restaurant on the third floor.

ANZ Business Centre is home to a broad mix of high-quality tenants including government departments, commercial and retail businesses that span everything from telecommunications to yoga. Just over 80 percent of the site comprises high-grade office space, with the balance in retail space.
