Public Parking

Public parking for short- to medium-term visits is available at all Smales Farm managed properties. The parking consists of a combination of free, time limited and pay & display parking options.

Please note: At Smales Farm Technology Office Park, pay & display payments are usually by coin only (Txt-2-Pay is available on selected machines). Parking is charged Monday – Friday between 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Should you have any issues with the Parking meters please contact the Management Office – (09) 488 2300.

Enforcement

To ensure all customers/visitors are able to park when on site, Parking Enforcement Services (PES) monitor and issue infringement notices for any vehicle not adhering to the parking conditions.

Motorbike/Scooter

There are a number of dedicated scooter and motorcycle parks for employees and visitors to our sites – all available free-of-charge.

Company visitors

Some tenants may have parking available specifically for visitors - please contact the company you wish to visit for information regarding their car parking arrangements.

Staff parking

Subject to availability, Direct Let parking can be co-ordinated for staff whose companies don't have staff-allocated parking or spaces available. A number of options/costs are available including locations securely behind barrier arms, roller grilles, internal/external space, with security access card only etc. Costs vary between sites & locations.
