RULE 1

Customer Experience

The B:HIVE lets businesses enjoy the same benefits and features normally the reserve of big businesses. Each floor is broken into two areas: Dedicated and Shared. Dedicated is for your business and employees, Shared is for breakout, collaboration, and meeting rooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and social spaces for lunch and after work drinks. Every floor has a reception and you’ll have access to Smales Farms’ exclusive concierge services.

RULE 2

Flexibility

Flexible leases are just the beginning. If your number of employee’s change, or you want to change office layout, the B:HIVE allows you to reconfigure your dedicated space overnight - not when your lease expires. This means you’re paying rent based on the exact requirements of your business, not for space that’s sitting idle.

RULE 3

Operational Costs & Admin

At the B:HIVE, your total gross rent includes fit out, furniture for all your employees, OPEX, rent, power, high speed internet, cleaning, security – costs that are usually over and above what you’d normally pay in rent. Less admin means more time to run your business.
