At Smales Farm our focus is to create an environment where people want to be. With ample green space and plenty of onsite activities, encouraging people to feel good and work freely, comfortably and efficiently is our priority.
Activations + Events
We have a regular programme of community events and activations onsite throughout the year including films, outdoor fitness and yoga, workshops, live music, food truck picnics and family events.
In summer, our outdoor spaces come alive with bean bags, social sports and lawn games. We also have two BBQ kits available for the onsite community to use free of charge for team catch ups and casual gatherings.
Throughout the year, the North Pavilion next to Columbus is open for the community to use. Bring your lunch or grab a takeaway bite and enjoy the north pavilion’s tables, benches, bean bags and games during the day.
We want our people to feel good, believing that good health and wellbeing makes for a more positive work environment. For many, feeling good stems from an ability to regularly access places to exercise and move freely, and to be able to engage with others in a fit yet fun-focussed environment.
As a result, we’ve made sure we have options for people who want to exercise, and access to some Health and Wellbeing experts for helpful guidance.
