A hub since 1898

The opening of the Smales Farm Station on the Northern Busway was only the most recent chapter in the use of the site as a transport hub. Back in 1898 a Mr. W. Paterson operated a horse-drawn coach service, with his stables occupying part of the present day Smales Farm Technology Office Park site

The story so far

The Smales Farm story goes back several generations to 1879. Over the decades the Smale Family has realised a shared vision to develop the current Smales Farm Technology Office Park site into a thriving business park.  With plans for further development of the site underway and new property acquisitions outside of the original Park footprint taking the Smale Family vision ‘virtual’, the future is looking bright...
